Adult Mental Health Care

For the past 30 years Priory Manor has been offering an asylum to Service Users who have been suffering from a Mental Health issues. The facility offers a safe guard to Service Users who are able to express themselves in a secure and comfortable setting.

The Manor House is accessible via a long sweeping driveway, detached in a ten acre setting, with no overlooking neighbours.

 

Priory Manor accepts Service Users who may be on leave from a section 17, 25, 37, 3 and Guardianship orders with condition of residency of the Mental Health Act 1983.

• 2002 Trebursye Manor acquired by Health Care Trust Limited (known as Priory Manor)
• 2003 Established North Cornwall’s Mental Health Continuum Placement Centre
• 2004 Expanded Service and facilities introducing a dedicated Closed Care Unit
• 2004 Through move-on established an open care unit with an emphasis on independent living
• 2005 Commenced refurbishment of the Principle Manor House
• 2007 Completed the refurbishment of the Principle Manor House
• 2007 Planning application submitted for the construction  of 12 One bed room supported living apartments
