Priory Gate is a large converted detached house located in Stoke, Plymouth a 15 minute walk to Plymouth City Centre. The principle building has been fully refurbished during 2007 - 2008. All rooms have access to aerial, internet and telephone points.

Priory Gate offers Intensive and Supported care services, including slow stream rehabilitation in a safe yet secure environment for its Service Users.

Priory Gate supports long term continuum and Enduring Mental Health Care for adults with an enduring mental health and dual diagnosis care needs. A full complement of staff manage the care approach whilst maintaining independence and freedom of choice. The support staff consists of full-time RMN’s, accredited activities professionals, access to education, trained support workers, full domestic team.
