1900's Priory Gate was built (formally a bankers residence)
2005 Established as Plymouth dedicated Move-On facility offering:
- Continuum Care Placements with an emphasis on Move-On
- Dedicated Supported Recovery
- Dedicated Intensive Recovery Unit
Adult Mental Health Care
For the past 30 years Priory Gate has been serving the community with a wide range of care packages. In 2005 Priory Gate opened as a one-stop multi care facility for Service Users who require Mental Health Care. Priory Gate is located on its own grounds within a 15 minute walk from Plymouth City Centre.
Priory Gate accepts Service Users who may be on leave from a section 17, 25, 37, 3 and Guardianship orders with condition of residency of the Mental Health Act 1983
